The $2,430 is the maximum monthly income a single person can make and qualify for benefits
The actual food stamp amount has to be calculated but depending on a number of factors it’s not anywhere near $2,430/month. Probably less than $300/month.
I ran the SNAP calculator in the link and the benefit was $23 to $291/month for a 1 person household.
