Why not just sell it to someone in the neighborhood for 50 cents on the dollar? Seems like lots of work for 5 cents a bottle

no doubt but these people don't want to work. that's why they are where they are.

People on food stamps don’t generally make good decisions when it comes to things like money, or life in general for that matter. If they did, then they wouldn’t be on food stamps.

Because it's not stamps, it's a debit card with your name on it
