re: 2 young women changing a tire on the shoulder of the I-10 b/n N.O. and B.R.

Slow moving traffic on I-10 & BW8 (west side), two girls standing behind their car with a flat looked like they were late for their shift at Treasures. I was slowing to help them when this guy in a truck crosses 3 lanes of traffic and nearly takes off my bumper to get over to help them.

Got blocked on that one.
