I have a friend who just bought a 14 year old Tundra. In excellent shape, under 150k miles, sold by owner, and approved by his regular long-time mechanic friend. At 1st I was like “you just bought an old truck?” A few days later I realized he is smart. He paid cash, so no loan, and it’s a nice truck in great shape. He’s got another vehicle too that’s newer and paid for, too. I’m going to drive my 2014 Toyota until it can’t go anymore.
