I used to take my Dolphin's to Pinch-a-Penny. My local shop did a good job troubleshooting and repair costs were cheap. I finally got tired of fooling with wired robots, so I went with the Aiper Seagull Pro. It's been working like a champ for about a year or so.

I may just buy a new cordless one. I hate having to battle that cord.
