Dating and relationships are based on relative market value.

An average looking woman with an average chest is going to get average levels of attention from men before and during a relationship. This means she’ll probably end up with an average guy and both sides are happy.

An average looking woman who gets a chest enlargement is going to get dramatically increased levels of attention from men, particularly if she starts working out. So now she’s getting attention from above average guys she never had access to before.

Some women are happy with their life with their average guy and stay. Many strongly consider trading up or having an affair.

Now on the flip side you can replace female & chest enlargement with male & increased wealth and everything I just said is equally true.
