This played in my head as a slow country blues with Ray Wylie Hubbard singing it
i’m thinking more Jerry Reed “Amos Moses” style

I've got one called "Skeeter Braud" that's perfect for that style

A snippet.

down in the swamps of south Louisiana lived a mountain of a man,
He measured in at six foot seven, when he took a stand,
And everybody’d tip their hats where ever he would go,
A mighty monster from the bayou,
Called him Skeeter Braud

Might work on it later today
