Yeah good luck on this one. Sounds like you just wanted 2 new tires to have tread equal. Doubt they will reimburse you if you didn’t show them the screw first and start the same process with refund you did for the other one

Not true. All 4 tires had 5000 miles on them. I have an AWD vehicle and mismatched tires can cause issues with traction, steering, and braking.
