To be honest, I hope more NYers and Californians move to Texas, because that’s less people moving to states that are actually nice to live in like Florida and Montana.
No one moves to Texas for reasons other than work. The ones that move because it’s a “trendy” state to live in are the retards who follow the bullshite hype pages on social media praising Texas as the greatest state to ever exist.
If I were a retiree, I’d look towards Palm Beach or Boca Raton before any place in Texas. At least those places have an amenity that justifies their cost of living unlike Texas.
