Agree with this. This board is really negative on Springsteen and I don't know why.

I wouldn't have him as my GOAT, but he's been a fantastic live performer for 50 years, has great lyrical ability and adjusted his sound successfully several times. His core sound isn't necessarily my favorite (which is why I don't put him at my top) but he's a legend for a reason.

I hardly ever come to the Music Board, but I really dislike Springsteen. So guess I came to the right place.

Politics, mostly.

Springsteen is iconic but I don't listen to him much any more. I've heard him so many times that I'd rather listen to something else.

I like a couple of Segers's songs but never was a huge fan
