Its minority or women owned businesses, and it is the easiest shite to get around. Name a daughter, mother, wife as principal and you can get a government contract.

One of my customers has the daughter, who functions as the part time payroll coordinator, as primary principal. They get navy contracts out the wazoo as a "woman owned business".

But there should be a lawsuit. Contracts shod be awarded on merits only.
