You can buy what I referenced right now. I'm going to butcher this, but there is a limited release of olive oil which is essentially a bit cloudy, but it's fruitier, and it's sort of the unaged first press; best on salads typically, and not as versatile. The stuff I linked to is filtered, and aged a bit, and can be used on anything. What I meant to get at is that when they're out of olives, they're out of oil. Get your tin before they run out.
