If Israel starts murdering innocent civilians to end the campaign

I didn't say anything about that.

I don't think they'll intentionally kill anybody who is actually innocent. I think what will happen is that they will end Hamas and some of the civilians will retaliate with more terrorism—in which case the will not be innocent—or they will stop trying to kill Israelis and get along and be integrated into mainstream Israeli society.

I think there will be a lot more of the former than the latter. And it will take a while to root them all out...that won't happen as part of this "campaign," but from now on they will be dealt with swiftly and decisively instead of trying to appease or compromise with people who can't be compromised with like they've been doing pre-Oct 7th. I think Israel has finally learned that "Palestinians" will not allow peace or a two state solution. I don't look for them to fall for Lucy holding the football any more after all this. It will just be a matter of waiting for the individual "Palestinians" to be guilty of terrorism and then eliminating them. I don't think they'll have to wait very long.

And BTW, why are any displaced refugees (maybe the 10% who don't support Hamas) specifically Israel's problem? Why aren't they just as much Egypt's or Jordan's problem?

You mean the refugees who live in Israel? Why are they Israel's problem?

They don't live in Egypt or Jordan. They live in Israel.
