I don't see the problem. Jose is what Jose is. Dyson, on the other hand, is a very versatile piece, particularly if he can clean up his outside shot (drop the damn off foot, Dyson). The guy can guard 1-5. I just don't see him being a PG or bust situation

Guarding isn’t the problem with him. It seems to be finding an offensive spot for him given his current limitations.
