I know this wasn't directed towards me and like I said before, I'm not against radios, but being a pro doesn't mean you can't be trashy. No shoes on a golf course is trashy, no matter who you are. They are just entitled to do whatever they want on a course because they are pros.

Just not true

If you are in a vacation area, and the course isn’t giving you grief for it, it’s fine

All that matters is pace of play

Now if they course is gonna dictate attire etc then yes, abide by the rules

Yea I mean I'm sorry, I just don't think I could ever say that playing golf without shoes isn't trashy It 100% is. I've never in my 25+ years of playing golf seen someone do that on an actual course. Hence the entitled part of my post. I mean we're not talking about chipping around in your back yard.

Know of any courses that allow you to go barefoot? That's an honest question. I've never been to one that I know of. Hell most every golf course typically has a minimum of a polo instead of t-shirt requirement, much less playing without shoes.
