They will take that video with the embedded timestamps and pull the black box data from the ECM/TCM/Airbag control unit, then deny that claim with ease.

Most people who drive like that do not have collision coverage. They get the basic liability insurance bc it's cheapest that covers the cars they hit prob at minimum up to 25k. That means it would all come out his pocket for a new car.
