I couldn't tell you the last time I saw a snake that wasn't venomous.
I haven't seen a water snake in years. King snake since I was maybe 15.
It's all moccasins and dick head rattle snakes.

It really does amaze me the number of “outdoorsmen” that have an irrational fear of snakes and cannot identify the very few venomous snake species in the US.
