I hate that that popping off 1B has gotten so popular. As an umpire, it’s so close sometimes.
I mean, I get the “next play” mentality, but when no one is on base, what the frick are you in a hurry for?

I’ll never understand why the first baseman are in such a hurry to jump off of the bag.
