Well no. Kerr rode some superstars up. JJ would climbing aboard the down escalator.

Because of the team differences.

Kerr took over a young team that could at least be assumed was on the rise. Reddick would be taking over at team that, unless they make a big trade, is only going to get worse each season as their best player gets older and older.
