He's innocent until proven guilty but this is a terrible look after they let him back on the team.

Are they really in big trouble or is that your assumption? Memphis outright played James Wiseman when they were told not to and nothing happened outside of some bullshite probation.

As I recall, the judge granted his injunction preventing the team from barring him.

Acquitted in less than two hours, I don’t know how they even prosecuted him. The whole thing didn’t make any sense.
