Anyone a member?
Looking at their Play Pass link, it says qualify as a resident. State resident or a the resident of the Carter complex?
I’m close to Greystone, too, but I really hate their course layout.

Carter membership would be worth the money since they've gone up in prices, AGAIN.

It would be worth it only if you can play during the week. Playing Carter on the weekend is miserable.

I would be able to squeeze in M-F rounds if I joined.

If you look on the resident play pass link it says you have to be a member of the HOA to qualify for the resident rate "unless otherwise approved" whatever that means.

Thanks. I found the info.
Non-HOA people play $3K per year for a single without a cart; $4200 with.
Couples are $4100/$5300
Families are $4900/$6100
The difference between non-residents and residents is roughly $300 more per year for any of the plans.
Greystone doesn’t even list costs on the site. Does anyone know what they charge for similar plans?

At Greystone I pay $5500 (approximately) … that is all in for membership, range plan, carts plan, etc.

Is that individual or a family membership?

It's not miserable if you have a morning tee time

Agreed. Since they spread the tee times out a little more as long as you tee off before 8:30 you should be fine.
