LOL, dry aging steak is not that big of a deal. I am sure Rouses is fully capable to accomplish this.

I am not a fan tho.

So, you're saying you don't like dining at top notch steak houses because if they're worth their salt, all their steaks are prime cuts that are dry aged.

Oh, and the Rouses near me also has a dry age appliance set up right by their butcher department and you can see the whole ribeyes and N.Y. Strip steaks hanging as they age.

Never have checked out the price on them though.
