Allow state budgets to be cut unequivocally, not just education and healthcare.

Eliminate all constitutional amendments that should have been laws and force the legislature to do their fricking job

Cut all welfare and benefits programs to single mothers and rather provide them to low income married couples moving forward. This is not retroactive. The lack of fathers present in the lower economic classes is hurting this state and country more than anything else.
