Meh. It isn't really AI if people are programming it. So far AI has been notorious for outright fabricating shite when it comes to particulars. I mean, cites studies and papers that don't exist and gives credit for the work to people who had no part in it or have any knowledge of the cited works.

I will say, Google has started recommending some incredibly shitty, poorly written, obvious AI sport articles from a couple different websites lately. We don't need AI if it can't do better than the garbage journalists we have now.

None of this is “AI”

It's machine learning - which is just really advanced indexing of an advanced dataset looped back into itself overtime

AI teaches itself autonomously, building it's own advanced datasets autonomously, using its own coded solutions to do so autonomously.

There are only two possibilities.

One is to turn it loose and let it gather information. In which case you get trolls vandalizing it, like we saw with the Tay Tweets disaster.

Or you put up guardrails in which case it's just a reflection of the programmers and their biases.
