An off ball LB going top 10 would be pretty nutty.
Bijan Robinson was the best RB prospect since Adrian Peterson and he was over-drafted in the top 10. Perkins would have to be that level of prospect, and he has not shown that sort of play on the field.
It's not a criticism of Perkins. He just plays a position that is not valuable in the NFL currently

Not saying that makes Perk a top 10 pick but being able to cover is pretty important in todays nfl
