I was warming up to him (supported another GOP candidate) until this power grab stuff. He's acting like a liberal but I guess he's trying to appease his base.

If Landry’s base is of the opinion that Louisiana would be better if more power were consolidated into the Governor’s office to act like a modern day Huey P Long, then they’re idiots.
