Im with you on that. Maybe if i only put a couple thousand miles on my vehicle a year , I'd change my own oil. The amount of miles i drive, no way im doing it myself.

Dumb! It takes me 20 minutes to change my oil. I can’t drive to and back from an oil change place in that time.

If I drove a vehicle with low clearance I’d agree with you but it’s so easy to change on my truck I don’t mind

That said, I'm paying to get my truck oil changed. It's too damn convenient, and anything that saves me time at a reasonable cost, I'm gonna do it.
