Saw a rooster in the streets of Guilin that I can only guess suffered from gigantism because its head literally went up to my waist. Never seen a rooster like that again and it intimidated me, and I have to guess it intimidated the Chinese community since it was alive and no one had tried to eat it.
EDIT: I’m guessing it was a Langshen chicken which apparently grow up to being 30 inches tall, which is about right. Never seen another like it and definitely didn’t want to frick with it: Wikipedia
