That tweet and your thread title are misleading. The video shows Janice Johnston asking why there are 380,761 ballot images missing and the woman answers "We subpoenaed Fulton county for all of their ballot images and we received approximately 518,000 ballot images".
Then Janice asks if those were from "election day" as though there are different ballot images based on the day.
There are 17,000 images missing, not 380,000.

Also the 3,000 ballots being double scanned is incorrect.
As a note, the recount mentioned is the recount the day after the election, not the hand recount.
