Nah, it’s just a dumb list.
Are the 2022 Kansas City Chiefs (17-3) better than the 1972 Miami Dolphins (17-0)?

Nearly every winner going forward now will be on this list due to the expanded playoffs so will we still care about 15 wins or will we throw a huge parade for first 16 or 17-game winner?

Considering that most of the members of the '72 Dolphins are now in their 70s? Probably. I think the question you need to be asking is this: what would it look like if the 1972 Miami Dolphins could somehow be time warped to the present while in their primes and given the same sports science advantages modern athletes enjoy today? Even then...you have to take into account the fact that both teams are playing two completely different sports.
