My prep is the day before with clear liquid diet (no solids the whole day). But they tell you to not have popcorn or nuts 7 days from the procedure because the husks may stay in your gut and cause a false positive. They want it Clean Clean.

Finished my last drink. Just suffering thru the rash as i pass the rest.
