If you want to criticize programs like MWBE, fine. But the Subject of the thread is clickbait. Basically the $19B contract has a 30% requirement, and they hit $2.3B so far, and they still have $3.4B left to go.
Even the most conservative states in the US have programs like this for government projects.

Anyway this is the same Governor who recently said - “Right now we have young Black kids growing up in the Bronx who don’t even know what the word ‘computer’ is,".

If OP owned a set of balls, he would come here and admit that a) the tweet was misleading, and b) he didn’t verify his claim before posting.
Of course that won’t happen. And the rest of the tards here are going to ignore these facts as well. Just read the replies from the crayon eaters.
