If you calculate Wisconsin's turnout of voters compared to voting age population it was normal compared with the majority of the country in 2020.
Uh, bullshite. The average voting was less than 60% in 2016, it skyrocketed by 21 million votes in 2020, to 66% largely due to the "ballots that were dumped" (they were never sent out nor harvested, but dumped in boxes).
Nice try though....do better.

How do you know that the increase was due to dumped ballots? Why was turnout up in states that don't have mail in voting, in states without ballot boxes and in states where Democrats would have no reason to cheat? Turnout was up in all 50 states.
You can compare states by turnout here. LINK
Turnout in Wisconsin was 67% in 2016 and 72% in 2020. Wisconsin has ranked in the top 5 in voter turnout every presidential election since 2000. There's nothing suspicious about turnout in Wisconsin unless you carry that suspicion to the entire country.
