Right, try to keep up. The OP is misleading, which I pointed out. Milwaukee's turnout was not 89%, that's a state figure calculated by the numbers of voters divided by registered voters.

You then wanted to talk about the entire country

So clearly we aren't just talking about Milwaukee, unless you were saying that 21 million more people voted in Milwaukee.

247,695 votes for President in 2020

It is informative that Wisconsinites have been turning out to vote in high numbers since 2000. It undermines this entire misleading and incorrect thread.
