The Inman's inquired about buying CCC, I think they know they would take a hit if Danny does it right but they've got the Mandeville market basically covered.

CCC isn't a bad layout but it needs proper leadership and direction.Public golf is thriving 30-60 miles to our west and 50 miles to the east. There is no reason it can't thrive here.

ETA...that was poorly worded. There are plenty of reasons it can fail here but median income isn't it IMO.

I agree. I think it’s median income combined with the 3 country clubs in the area not being expensive that make it tough. Like look at Nola. Your only private clubs are expensive as frick. Even BR it’s far higher than the mandeville clubs too.

And I agree I think Covington could be some awesome. The clubhouse setup on the river has SO MUCH POTENTIAL if it was a fully private club that was rocking and rolling
