I think the funniest part of this thread is that younger generations are the one’s buying these homes because it’s what available.

whoa, i'm not disagreeing that any housing today is exponentially more than any housing in the past. i'm just proving that it's not impossible to find a house today.
no one has given me any set criteria, they just want to make excuses as to why things aren't good enough for them.
