A decade ago, the entire population of California hadn't decided to move to Houston. We're not really comparing apples to apples here. Still, like I said people don't buy the "average house." They buy the house in their price range in the area where they want to live.

If I could stop people from California from moving to the south and screwing up red states, believe me I would in a heartbeat.

What the boomers tend to not realize, most of us in this thread are doing perfectly fine.

I have a two physician household. We are not the ones who this market impacts.

All this situation does is cause societal, political, and social upheaval.

And, no, there is no fixing it at this point. It has been too foregone for the past 20 years.

You boomers better hope it somehow magically fixes itself because those insane bastards yall raised are going to come for everything yall have, including your retirement.
