Know why the expensive part of the city is expensive? Maybe people don't want to live in the "cheap" part of town where all the shootings, robberies, failing schools, drug traffic, assaults, break-ins, etc occur.
"Those spoiled entitled millennials that want to live somewhere where they won't have violent felonies committed against them! Back in my day!"
