This just shows how moronic some of you guys actually are.
Someone HAS to be the median.
I am not affected by this. I do extremely well for myself.
I recognize that the AVERAGE American in my and the younger generations are screwed.
And someone has to be average.
When a large number of people start feeling disenfranchised, societal upheaval occurs.
The stupidity of some of these views are mind blowing.

Right. But the average person that makes the median income would need to live in such a good area of Houston. They could either live in a) not as nice of an area, b) live further out, or c) move to a totally different place.
I googled top up and coming places and one was south Jordan, Utah. I know nothing about this place. Zillow it and between south Jordan and Salt Lake City there’s tons of homes under $200k near there.
So boom, top up and coming place, cheap housing.
But let me guess, you don’t want to move there. :::list of excuses:::
