Not really sure what you’re saying - but seem to be reinforcing my point.

The Arabs and Jews of Palestine area fought with the allied powers in WwI to overthrow the Ottomans. Post-WWI the Zionist movement occurred - supported by the British. Palestinian Arabs began getting displaced - and some even sided with Nazi during WWII - because the way Britain/France fricked with them during the interwar period.

ETA: to complicate the clusterfrick even more: it was wealthy city/urban Arabs who sold the Palestinian area lands to the Jews out from underneath the poorer rural Arabs actually living there.

My only point is the history of the region and struggle is far from black and white. Like Trump said - I would just like for people to stop dying.
