Nah, this is not Hillary, this goes so much deeper than Hillary could put together. This is all orchestrated through a very dark network of money and power backers. It's not Obama per se, but rather the network that derived power through the Obama administration. All the foreign practices used in the dictorial countries that the Democrats now have no shame supporting vs western democracies.

Remember when Maxine was bragging about an election system she said Obama DNC was building and Republicans would never win another election? This is coming from the dark network that backed Obama, not Hillary.
