re: Britney Spears needs conservatorship for own safety, sources say: "This is what we feared"

Is she suicidal? Or a threat to other people? She doesn't have custody of any children, so they are safe. Besides making creepy crazy-eyed dance videos and now getting drunk in public (?), what is the behavior that is so concerning? If she didn't have money, would these people still care about a conservatorship? There's plenty of crazy people walking around free.
