Definitely; that would be a defamation claim, but you have to prove 1) that you've been defamed and 2) you have actual damages as a result.

Defamation covers false statements. I doubt it covers an edited video.

And 3) You can't be a celebrity. Courts have made it near impossible for a celeb to sue for defamation. It can be done but the bar is much higher.
