frick off, a cop doesn’t get to wreck someone just because he’s a cop. Cop pulled in front of the ATV guy because he’s an authoritarian prick who knows he won’t get into trouble for trying to kill someone.

No sir, frick you. When you ride an ATV on the road, you accept all consequences.
Regardless, the cop was protecting the pedestrians, one of which was pushing a stroller.

I guess you never saw a cop do a PIT maneuver, you know, where they intentionally wreck someone.
