This is a red flag.
What kind of experience did she have before taking the bench?
Did she ever actually practice law?
What about cases? Did she ever try any?

She is effectively the CEO of Harris County and not a lawyer or legal scholar. haha.

County Judge is like Parish President. Unless you’re being funny.
I think she won with straight ticket voting in 2018, but fraudulently in 2022. There’s just no way she held Mealer off. Every liberal I know in Houston hates her.
She had no local support. Hell, politically neutral Matress Mac made campaign ads against her. She blatantly chose a political ally for some bid work despite having no experience. Ogg should have taken her out when she had the chance.
As soon as she won reelection she took time off for mental health.

In Texas, the county judge isn't a judge in any normal sense of the word. She is actually the county's chief executive, sort of like a city manager in other states. She does not preside over court cases.
And yes, she was grossly unqualified for the job, has lavished all kinds of $$ on her equally unqualified friends through county contracts, and is a raging far leftwing nut.
