Not someone I would put at the top of the list but I do remember hearing some former teammates brag about how he knew where all of his players wanted the ball and how much speed and spin to put on it and how that was a very underrated aspect to passing - it's not just finding the right guy and getting him the ball but knowing he likes it high, on his right hand or fast or soft or on the bounce, etc.

I've heard WRs make similar comments about QBs

Several guys you could make a case for but when it comes to degree of difficulty and putting on a show, it’s white chocolate. Please watch his YouTube reel. It’s absolutely insane. Steve Nash is underrated as well.
