Technically, it's HEATING WATER to be readily dispensed.

It is a Water Heater.

It's a water heater. It heats warm water; it heats hot water; and it heats cold water. All of this is relative to what the observer defines these terms to mean. That's why it's a water heater.

Well it has to heat it first to maintain it. Doesn’t come heated ya know?!
