He's not going to get close to that without mail in voting. Almost 26% of his 74 million were from mail in votes in 2020.

Biden's not getting his mail-in numbers in 2024 because 2020 were inflated with fake ballots.
In the key states that stopped voting, no laws were passed to circumvent the mail-in process the way they applied it. That was illegal and also allowed for illegal activity to go unchecked.
Without a pandemic, that's not going to fly in 2024. Mail-ins will have to follow all documented procedures and will not be over looked in 2024.
Biden has fricked this economy royally
