Probably helpful if your post included that the issue involves Cohen streaming on Tik Tok about the trial.

Is there a gag order on Cohen and others? I'm sure there isn't, but wondering if the judge even touched on why not while putting it on Trump. Also, what has he been saying that may tank the case?
