He was the last player signed in his class. He’s the best player to come out of West Monroe. Finished second in the Heisman, should have won it.

The year was 1962. I was born a couple of days after the Heisman award ceremony, that year. My dad went to Oregon State. I came very close to being named Terry Baker Jax-Tiger.
